Jacobs is delivering a landmark motorsports and automotive destination near Riyadh as part of Vision 2030. The ELV Specialist will lead large subcontract packages, focusing on MEP coordination and seamless programme delivery across assets.

Role requires extensive experience in ELV management, HVAC/chilled water systems, and high-rise project exposure, with a strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and safety performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years for Project Manager level, or 15+ years for Senior Project Manager.
• Strong contractor and subcontractor management capability.
• Experience with HVAC and chilled water systems; substations is beneficial.
• High-rise building project experience preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and delivery-focused leadership skills.

Role Overview

Delivery-focused ELV Specialist project leadership role supporting existing assets, responsible for managing large mechanical and electrical subcontract packages across completed designs. The role focuses on contractor and subcontractor management, programme delivery, coordination, and close-out of complex MEP systems, including HVAC, chilled water, and associated infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large ELV subcontract packages, including values in excess of SAR 500 million
• Lead and coordinate ELV contractors and subcontractors to achieve programme, quality, and safety objectives
• Drive construction programme, sequencing, and recovery planning across MEP works
• Oversee HVAC and chilled water systems from building interfaces through asset integration
• Coordinate MEP activities across multiple buildings, stakeholders, and asset interfaces
• Support senior leadership across the mechanical scope and wider MEP delivery
• Manage integration and coordination of substations and major utility interfaces
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and progressive close-out of MEP systems
• Monitor contractor performance, progress reporting, and risk management
• Support operational readiness, handover, and post-completion activities

Here’s what you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
• 10+ years’ experience for Project Manager level, or 15+ years’ experience for Senior Project Manager level
• Strong contractor and subcontractor management capability
• Experience with HVAC, chilled water systems and substations is beneficial
• High-rise building project experience is preferred
• Excellent coordination, communication, and delivery-focused leadership skills
