Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd in Riyadh is seeking a Service Technician to perform planned and unplanned maintenance, diagnose mechanical, Electrical, and control faults, and restore equipment safely and efficiently.

You will attend call-backs promptly, carry out fault finding and repairs, document activities accurately, and comply with OTIS safety procedures to ensure reliable service for customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs planned and unplanned adjustments, repairs, and corrective maintenance, with the ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational faults and restore equipment safely and efficiently.
• Attends call-backs promptly, carries out systematic fault finding and root-cause analysis, completes necessary repairs, and takes appropriate corrective actions to reduce repeat call-backs and improve equipment reliability.
• Identifies and reports abnormalities, worn or defective components, missing parts, safety concerns, and other equipment deficiencies identified during PPM, call-backs, or routine inspections.
• Proactively identifies T-Lead opportunities during maintenance visits, call-backs, troubleshooting, and inspections by recognizing requirements for repairs, replacement of defective or obsolete components, upgrades, and modernization.
• Provides clear technical findings and recommendations to support T-Lead generation, quotations, and additional business opportunities, while ensuring that recommendations are based on actual equipment condition and customer requirements.
