Job summary

KBR-Abu Dhabi is seeking a Program Delivery Assistant Engineer (Electrical Transmission) to support the TRANSCO-NEXUS project, focusing on construction, commissioning and handover of substations, GIS stations, STATCOM and OHL. The role reports to Project Delivery Managers and oversees multiple supervision consultants and EPCs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years' experience in power transmission construction, with PMC/supervision/EPC background.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience, with a focus on power transmission construction.
Demonstrated experience as PMC / supervision consultant or EPC on similar complex projects.

Responsibilities

Monitor on-site activities, schedule, and information flow between field and office.
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the TRANSCO-NEXUS Project within scope and budget.
Coordinate power transmission package activities and oversee EPC-related operations.
Improve collaboration among stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain project health.
