Job Description
  • Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) on production lines.
  • Analyze and report anomalies, complete notifications M1, M2, and M3 in the PM (SAP) system, and confirm orders.
  • Perform electrical/mechanical inspections and predictive maintenance as planned and requested by the planner.
  • Develop tools with the supervisor and Maintenance Engineering to expedite maintenance services.
  • Carry out scheduled equipment and facility maintenance tasks.
  • Follow and update the Kanban planning according to standards.
  • Provide feedback to improve planning, scheduling, and reduce backlog.
  • Diagnose root causes of electrical/mechanical malfunctions and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis.
  • Follow EHS instructions and safe work procedures.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.
  • Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Ensure safety and do not endanger health and safety recklessly.
  • Assist in preparing risk assessments.
  • Report EHS hazards, incidents, and issues.
  • Follow GMP and 5S standards at the workplace.
Academic Background
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
