Job Summary

The Electrical Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at Saudi Aramco project sites. The role ensures all electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements while maintaining quality and timely project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation and construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and applicable electrical codes.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor installation of cable trays, cables, lighting systems, switchgear, transformers, panels, and associated electrical equipment.
• Review electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams (SLDs), and technical specifications before execution.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily reports, work schedules, and site documentation.
• Resolve site‑related technical issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures, and Saudi Aramco project requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor in Saudi Aramco Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven experience in electrical installation, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco electrical standards and project specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and engineering documents.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
