Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical testing & commissioning, protection systems, or switchgear.
• Strong knowledge of protection relays, MV/LV switchgear, and electrical safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on electrical protection systems, MV/LV switchgear, transformers, and testing & commissioning.
• Conduct hands-on training for protection relays, circuit breakers, switchgear operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide technical guidance and mentoring.
• Coordinate training schedules, equipment readiness, and certification records.
