Job summary

OilChem in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair plant electrical systems including motors, MCCs, switchgear, lighting and distribution panels to keep the facility running safely.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LV distribution, motor control and VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, MCCs and distribution boards.
• Troubleshoot motor circuits, starters, VFDs and control wiring.
• Carry out electrical isolations under LOTO for mechanical work.
• Test and maintain earthing, lighting and emergency power systems.
• Record work orders and test results in the CMMS.
• Maintain hazardous-area equipment integrity (Ex ratings).
