PTD-Power Transmission & Distribution - IC is seeking an experienced project/ construction professional to oversee construction activities in Jeddah. You will coordinate between the project manager, client, and subcontractors, ensuring QA and EHS plans are implemented and daily progress is properly documented.

The role requires 7-10 years of experience in construction activities, with focus on electrical services, drawings, equipment lists, and site execution.

Responsabilidades

• Report to construction/project manager to administer construction activities.
• Liaise with the client, subcontractors and project manager and supervise activities.
• Develop detailed weekly construction programs and plan manpower/resources.
• Prepare and submit daily reports.
• Coordinate electrical service construction activities to ensure correct sequencing.
• Lead site meetings to review progress with staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure progress aligns with monthly schedules and certify subcontractor invoices.
• Maintain updated drawings, equipment lists, specs; submit marked-up drawings and test reports.
• Implement QA and EHS plan across the site.
• Resolve construction-related issues promptly; promote ethical professional practice.
• Address significant issues before impacting the project or client.
• Handle other tasks as designated by the Project/Construction Manager.

Job Description

Report to construction/project manager to administer the construction activities.Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractor and supervise construction activities allocated. Ensure compliance with specification to the satisfaction of the client.Responsible for developing detailed weekly program for construction activities and preparing manpower /resource requirement to achieve the timely completion of project.Responsible for preparation and submission of daily reports.Coordinate construction activities for various electrical services to ensure and enforce the correct sequencing of construction activities.Conduct regular construction meetings with site staff and subcontractors to review, control, communicate and assess the progress of all essential activities.Ensure the steady and timely progress against monthly schedules and measurement & certification of subcontractor invoices.Ensure that all information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, technical specifications are updated and readily availableEnsure submission of marked up drawings and test reports.Implement the set Quality Assurance & EHS Plan throughout the siteCheck the relevance and accuracy of documentation during inter-disciplinary coordination &resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriatelyPromote a favorable work culture to encourage ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project siteAddress significant issues before they have adverse impact on the company and clientResponsible for any other task/duties as designated by the Project/Construction Manager.
