Job summary

PeopleStrong in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Civil Engineer to manage schedules, budgets, and coordination for a substation project. You will work with the project manager and planning engineer to align scope, timelines and resources.

The role requires 12–15 years of experience in civil works, with proven ability to estimate BOQ, manage costs, and coordinate with design teams and sub-contractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality. This is a site-based position.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering (BTech).
• 12–15 years of experience in civil projects.
• Saudi Arabia location and project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and prepare time schedules with the project manager/planning engineer.
• Execute civil works in coordination with inter-department teams and civil sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with Design team/SEC for substation project.
• Estimate the BOQ of civil works.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial projections.
• Arrange resources for structural and finishing works for smooth execution.
• Control costs within the approved budget.
• Monitor project time schedule daily, weekly, and monthly; initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate and follow-up with vendors for material deliveries as per schedules.
