Job summary

Sterling and Wilson Data Center Private seeks an Electrical Execution Engineer to lead internal and external electrical works for Data Center projects in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise HT/LT systems, transformers, DGs, UPS, panels, busducts, cable trays and cabling, ensuring compliance with drawings and project schedules.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, QA/QC and safety, and support commissioning and handover activities with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5–7 years of relevant electrical execution experience in Data Centers or large-scale MEP projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with HT/LT systems, transformers, DG, UPS, panels, busducts and cabling.
• Good knowledge of drawings, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE and electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor electrical installation works for Data Center projects as per drawings, specifications and schedule.

Internal Works

Roles Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor electrical installation works for Data Center projects as per approved drawings specifications and project schedule
• Supervise installation of HT LT panels transformers DGs UPS busducts cable trays cabling earthing and lighting systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and multidisciplinary teams for timely execution
• Monitor manpower materials productivity and daily work progress
• Ensure installations comply with approved method statements quality standards and safety requirements
• Coordinate with QA QC for inspections testing and closure of NCRs snags
• Support testing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and system handover
• Identify site issues coordinate technical clarifications and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare daily weekly progress updates and support project planning and reporting

External Works

Roles Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor external electrical infrastructure works for Data Center projects as per approved drawings and project schedule
• Supervise installation of HT LT external cabling underground cable networks utility connections substations external lighting and associated infrastructure
• Coordinate with Civil Utility MEP Electrical and external agencies for execution of electrical works
• Monitor trenching duct banks cable routes manholes cable pulling and termination activities in coordination with civil teams
• Ensure proper installation of earthing networks external lighting utility power connections and electrical services
• Coordinate inspections testing cable testing and commissioning of external electrical systems
• Monitor subcontractor manpower materials productivity and work quality
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings method statements specifications safety requirements and applicable standards
• Track progress identify site constraints and coordinate timely resolution of execution issues

Internal Works:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.5–7 years of relevant electrical execution experience in Data Centers, industrial, commercial or large-scale MEP projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in HT/LT systems, transformers, DG, UPS, panels, busducts, cable trays and electrical cabling.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, installation practices, testing and commissioning.
• Experience in managing electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of QA/QC, HSE and electrical standards.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Data Center/mission-critical project experience preferred.

External Works:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.5–7 years of experience in electrical external works, infrastructure, industrial or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in HT/LT underground cabling, duct banks, cable trenches, utility connections, substations and external lighting.
• Good understanding of cable routing, cable pulling, termination, testing and earthing systems.
• Experience coordinating electrical works with civil and utility infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical layouts, SLDs, utility drawings and construction drawings.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site execution teams.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, HSE and electrical installation standards
