Job summary

Algihaz Holding is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer in Saudi Arabia to oversee electrical installation activities, coordinate with QA/QC teams, and ensure smooth handover of systems to consultants. The role requires 3–5 years of on-site experience and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

The candidate will monitor site activities, manage technicians, and participate in meetings addressing HSE and project issues while delivering daily progress reports to management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up site logbook and understand scope of work per contract.
• Conduct tests and measurements to hand over to consultant.
• Resolve issues in electric systems during construction.
• Monitor and supervise installation activities at sites including lighting and power systems; coordinate low current systems.
• Implement and monitor BMS works and coordination between mechanical and electrical works.
• Supervise technicians during cable termination, tagging, ferruling, and cable dressing as per drawings.
• Assist testing team on site and fulfill their requirements.
• Coordinate with electrical QA/QC for drawing modifications and red markup.
• Attend meetings to resolve issues related to HSE and projects.
• Report daily progress/work status to consultant/Management as required.
• Follow and comply with tasks assigned by BU manager.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow up site logbook, understand scope of work as per contract.
• Make the necessary tests and measurements to hand over the work to the consultant.
• Resolve issues related to electric systems or devices that arise during construction.
• Monitor & supervise all the installation activities at sites, including lighting works, Power system for HVAC system, lighting fixtures, Panel boards (main - sub - distribution - motor control center), low current systems and make coordination between all low current systems.
• Implement and monitor BMS works (to make coordination between all mechanical and electrical works at operation.
• Supervise technicians with their technical requirements, during cable termination, tagging, ferruling, cable dressing etc. as per approved drawings, to maintain good quality.
• Assist testing team at site, with their requirements to get fulfilled at the earliest.
• Implement and monitor BMS works (to make coordination between all mechanical and electrical works at operation.
• Coordinate with electrical QA/QC for drawing modifications, red markup, etc.
• Attend meetings to resolve issues related to HSE, Projects etc.
• Report the daily progress report/ work status to consultant /Management as per required.
• Follow and comply any official task assigned by BU manager.
