Job summary

Talent Diamond in Jeddah seeks an SSHE Officer to support a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment in a fast-moving FMCG operation. You will implement EHS policies, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and maintain safety records on site.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety or a related field, 1–3 years of experience, Kawader Safety Certificate, and familiarity with ISO 45001:2018.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, HSE, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment, or a similar role.
• Kawader Safety Certificate is required.
• OSHA, NEBOSH, HSE, or OSH certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS policies and procedures in line with company standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate safety records.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements.
• Deliver safety training when required.
• Prepare and maintain emergency response plans.
• Support compliance with ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• Promote adherence to EHS rules, procedures, and safe working practices at all times.
