Job summary

Magneto IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced E‑commerce Sales Leader to drive revenue growth across marketplaces and direct platforms. You will develop and execute strategies, optimize listings, and partner with marketing to maximize performance.

Lead a team to achieve targets, monitor metrics, and deliver insightful weekly and monthly business reviews while coordinating with supply chain to ensure product availability. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or related field.
7–10 years of experience in e‑commerce sales/digital commerce; 2+ years in a managerial role.
Hands‑on experience with major marketplaces and e‑commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online merchandising, and sales analytics.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute e‑commerce sales strategies to hit monthly and annual targets.
Manage marketplace accounts (Amazon, Noon, Salla, Shopify, and others).
Monitor sales performance, conversions and customer acquisition metrics.
Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions and digital merchandising.
Coordinate with marketing on paid campaigns, SEO, email and social media.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product availability and inventory planning.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports, forecasts and business reviews.
Build relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
