• Coordinate with supplying units and regional PLs and other GE units (Power, Hydro, Renewable).

Responsibilities

• Support tendering activities


• According to the requirements of the bidding documents, complete the corresponding tendering documents and cost calculation on time.


• Prepare Estimate Analysis Sheet (EAS) and offer to meet the price/market price data, when possible, in liaison with the Sales.


• Initiate workflows for the booking process.


• Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and processes.


• Organize communication and collaboration with others supplying units, PLs’ regional organization such as GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D, and with other GE units such as Power, Hydro and Renewable.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience.

• BS Engineering - Electrical or related engineering back ground preferred


• Active listener with good communication skills in English.


• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


• Proactive with high level of integrity.


• Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction.


• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
