Job summary

GE Vernova in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Early Career Sales Specialist Trainee to join the Gas Insulated Substations (GIS) Sales team. The role is an entry-level program designed to develop commercial, customer relationship, and technical skills while building a portfolio of opportunities.

You will work with regional sales to support bids, tender documentation, and project handover, travel within KSA/MEA as needed, and you will be mentored to grow into managing your own portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Power Systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience.
• High proficiency in English; Arabic native language is mandatory.
• Ability to travel within KSA and MEA region.
• Legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in early-stage project detection and FEED monitoring.
• Support senior sales in quotations, tender documentation, and progress tracking.
• Help build value propositions and techno-commercial offers with tendering team.
• Accompany senior team to customer meetings to learn relationship building.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analyses for Commercial Action Plans.
• Assist in hand‑over between Sales and Project Execution teams.
