Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an E‑Learning Systems Administrator to manage and support our learning platforms. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot e‑learning software, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for instructors and learners.

You will collaborate with instructional designers to enhance content delivery, manage course creation and user access, and stay current with e‑learning trends. A 2–4 year background in LMS administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience administering e-learning systems.
• Strong understanding of LMS and e-learning technologies.
• Experience with content authoring tools and multimedia software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles is a plus.

As an E-Learning Systems Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the management and support of our e-learning platforms and systems. Your primary duties will include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of e-learning software and applications. You will ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for all users by providing technical support, managing content, and collaborating with instructional designers to enhance the delivery of educational material.
