Job summary

Müller’s Solutions seeks a creative Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning experiences for clients and learners. You will collaborate with SMEs, PMs, and multimedia teams to design materials for e-learning, ILT, and blended learning, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity across programs.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in a related field with 3+ years of instructional design experience, proficiency in Storyline/Captivate, and strong communication skills to deliver effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training or e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner needs and objectives to design instructional materials that enhance knowledge retention and application.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for e-learning courses and training programs.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including visuals, animations, and interactive elements, to support learning objectives.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of instructional materials through feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in instructional design and educational technology.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity for diverse learner needs.
• Stay updated on trends in instructional design and adult learning theories.
