Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our e-learning products. You will work closely with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to evaluate usability, functionality, and overall quality of content.

Responsibilities include reviewing modules, conducting usability tests, documenting defects, and maintaining QA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related area.
• At least 3 years of QA/testing experience in e-learning or digital education.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning strategies.
• Exceptional analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for team work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• UX testing experience is a plus.

Requirements
