Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an Online Consultant for our Al Hufuf-based e-commerce operation. You will respond to customer inquiries by email, live chat, and social media, and provide product recommendations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Providing product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Resolving any issues or complaints raised by customers in a timely manner.
Monitoring website traffic and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
