Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an E-commerce Executive – Modern Trade to lead online retail operations for a FMCG client. You will manage day-to-day activities, optimize listings, pricing, content, and stock across major platforms, and monitor performance.

You will analyze sales data, drive promotions, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, and prepare regular reports for management. The role demands strong commercial sense and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce, modern trade, online retail, or FMCG.
• Experience with major platforms; strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive – Modern Trade to support the growth and day-to-day management of our FMCG Client's online business across leading e-commerce and modern trade platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and experience managing online retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce activities across key online retail and modern trade platforms.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, content, and product availability.
• Monitor sales, revenue, stock levels, and key e-commerce performance indicators.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Support online promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, assortment, and online presence.
• Follow up on orders, stock availability, service levels, and operational issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Support commercial activities and initiatives aimed at increasing online sales and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, modern trade, online retail, or FMCG.
• Experience working with major e-commerce/retail platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good understanding of online sales, promotions, pricing, and digital retail operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Commercially driven, organized, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
