Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an E-commerce Executive – Modern Trade to drive growth and manage daily operations for our FMCG client’s online business across leading platforms in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in online retail, promotions, pricing, and digital retail operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, modern trade, online retail, or FMCG.
• Experience working with major e-commerce/retail platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Commercially driven, organized, and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce activities across online retail and modern trade platforms.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, content, and product availability.
• Monitor sales, revenue, stock levels, and e-commerce performance indicators.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support online promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, assortment, and online presence.
• Follow up on orders, stock availability, service levels, and operational issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Support commercial activities and initiatives aimed at increasing online sales and profitability.
