Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Mathematics teaching experience.
• Experience teaching British or American curricula.
• Strong English communication and confident delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for Grades 4–6.
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples and problem-solving activities.
• Use interactive and student-centered teaching methods that encourage participation, questioning, critical thinking, and independent learning.
• Deliver lessons in line with international curriculum standards and the school's academic expectations.
• Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, homework, quizzes, examinations, and other learning materials.
• Assess student performance, monitor progress, and provide clear feedback and additional support.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning abilities and help students overcome difficulties in Mathematics.
• Maintain a structured, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Encourage students to develop numerical reasoning, analytical thinking, and confidence in Mathematics.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, other teachers, and parents to support student development and academic performance.
