Job summary

Rotana Hotels is seeking a Duty Engineer to oversee all mechanical and technical maintenance and HVAC systems at our property. You will supervise the preventive maintenance schedule, ensure health and safety standards, and maintain detailed records to guide future work.

You will coordinate with other departments, develop training for engineering staff, and allocate tasks to maximise outcomes while upholding Rotana Hotels’ service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and HVAC management.

• Strong coordination with other departments to ensure quality and progress.

• Create departmental training programmes among engineering employees and create opportunities to multitask.
• Distribute the work to subordinates accordingly to their capabilities in order to get the best results to the specified standards.
