Qualifications

• High School Graduation or TESDA / vocational course related to HVAC, welding, or sheet metal
• Experience in duct fabrication is an advantage
• Reading technical drawings / duct layout
• Measuring and cutting sheet metal
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Willing to work in workshop or site environment
• Knowledge in safety procedures (PPE use)
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble air ducts and HVAC components
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal materials
• Read and follow technical drawings and specifications
• Operate fabrication tools and machines safely
• Perform installation of duct systems if required
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain tools and ensure clean working area
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures
• Assist in loading/unloading materials when needed

Duct Fabricator

A Duct Fabricator is responsible for creating, assembling, and installing sheet metal duct systems used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). The role involves working with various tools and machines to produce high-quality air ducts based on technical drawings and specifications.

The duct fabricator ensures that all fabricated parts meet required standards, are properly fitted, and support efficient airflow systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

Requirements
