Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Quality Specialist - Dry Utilities to oversee QA/QC for electrical, ICT, telecom and underground utility works on major airport and infrastructure projects.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in QA/QC for dry utilities, experience with ITPs, MIRs and NCRs, and coordination with contractors, engineering teams and clients to ensure safe, compliant handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Utilities Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in dry utilities or related construction projects.
• Experience with ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs and quality documentation.
• Airport or major infrastructure project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA/QC oversight for dry utilities from installation through handover.
• Review ITPs, test plans, inspection procedures, and NCRs; monitor workmanship.
• Coordinate corrective actions with Contractors and Engineering teams.
• Maintain traceable quality records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Participate in audits, meetings, and quality workshops.
