Qualifications

• Experience in drilling, oilfield services, or rig contracting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of drilling rig contracts, day rates, mobilization agreements, and lease arrangements.
• Proven ability to identify new markets, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
• Experience leading commercial and business development teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and investment evaluation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management with clients, partners, investors, and exec leadership.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia energy sector and understanding of regional market landscape is highly preferred.
