Job summary

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking a Draftsman / BIM Modeler to join our contracting and construction team on a remote-work basis. You will prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings to support site execution and approvals.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology, 2-4 years drafting experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD with BIM experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings for civil, architectural and finishing works.

• Update drawings according to consultant comments and site changes.
• Prepare as-built drawings for handover.
• Develop and maintain BIM models where required.
• Maintain an organized drawing register in coordination with document control.
