Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator for a Riyadh-based project. You will develop and maintain detailed BIM models, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure construction-ready deliverables that meet LOD and BIM Execution Plan requirements.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in BIM coordination, with steel structure project experience and strong proficiency in Revit, ACC, and Navisworks. On-site role in Riyadh region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4 to 7 years of architectural BIM coordination experience.
• Proven experience with steel structure projects and BIM standards.

• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and resolve design and coordination issues.
• Identify, manage, and resolve clashes to ensure coordinated and construction-ready BIM models.
• Support the preparation of construction/shop drawings and BIM deliverables.
• Ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs.

Key Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as an Architectural BIM Coordinator.
• Proven experience in steel structure projects is required.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, LOD requirements, and BIM workflows.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
