Job summary

A prestigious global multinational company is seeking a motivated Distribution Sales Engineer for the Southern Region-KSA. The role involves managing sales for a designated customer base, expanding customer reach, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Marketing, a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, and fluency in both English and Arabic.

Job Purpose

Conduct and manage sales for the allocated customer base, continuously expand the customer base and market share, and meet or exceed the agreed sales budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand the products and services offered, including their features and unique selling points.
  2. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regional developments to adapt strategies.
  3. Identify and engage potential clients, projects, and distribution partners to expand market presence.
  4. Generate leads through market surveys, networking, and other relevant channels.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  6. Monitor distributor performance, renewal agreements, and payment collections to maintain healthy business relationships.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, planning, customer service, finance) for smooth distribution processes.
  8. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback to management.
  9. Plan and manage timely product delivery, inventory levels, and risk mitigation in the distribution network.
  10. Work with marketing to develop campaigns supporting the distribution strategy and increasing sales.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)

Responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable corporate and local procedures related to their role, with periodic assessments of compliance.

Skills and Competencies Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
