Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Director of Technical Services to lead the technical services discipline for its Commercial Office Development portfolio in Riyadh. You will translate the design vision into deliverable, investment-grade assets, guiding from concept through to construction-ready documentation while coordinating with international consultants.

You will mentor the in-house team, chair design review boards, and ensure alignment with Saudi Building Code, LEED and COBU guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or construction management.
• Master's degree would be an advantage.
• Registration as a professional engineer or PMP would be an advantage.
• 12–18+ years of design management experience on large office/mixed-use projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary international consultant teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical services discipline for the Commercial Office Development portfolio.
• Direct design management across concept to construction-ready documentation.
• Interface with masterplanning, infrastructure, landscape, and sustainability teams.
• Chair design review boards and manage consultant performance.
• Develop KPIs and report progress to procurement and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, Mostadam/LEED, and local guidelines.
• Lead value engineering without compromising design quality or value.
• Present design proposals to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor the in-house technical services team as the program scales.
• Deliver high-quality, investment-grade office assets from concept through handover.
