Confidential is seeking a Head of MRO Operations in Saudi Arabia to lead all operational functions of the shipyard's MRO business. You will drive excellence across vessel repair, docking, maintenance, fabrication, and marine services, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest quality standards.

You will establish operational strategies, enhance productivity, maximize facility utilization, and foster a safety culture aligned with long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/marine field.
• Minimum 10 years in operations management.
• Proven track record leading operational teams in shipbuilding/maritime.
• Strong understanding of shipyard operations and supply chain.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: set and execute operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day shipyard operations, including production, project mgmt, logistics, and supply chain.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Engage with clients, suppliers, and regulators to support smooth operations and business development.
