Qualifications

• Analytical real estate strategy professional with experience in residential market analysis and demand forecasting.
• MBA or Masters in Economics/Finance preferred; engineering acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years, 6+ years preferred in management or real estate consulting.
• Experience with supply/demand models and highest and best-use studies.
• Ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess and segment Riyadh residential market to inform product rollout.
• Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and financing trends.
• Identify high-value products to increase marketability and yield.
• Create and maintain residential supply/demand models.
• Perform scenario analyses on residential demand.
• Develop best-use analysis for masterplans and plots.
• Prepare presentations for management and BoD inputs.
