Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Project Director to lead the overall delivery of a major infrastructure program in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the full lifecycle, align with client strategy, manage multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with government, private sector, and academic partners.

The role requires establishing governance, defining KPIs, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring quality, safety, sustainability, and cultural integrity throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Director on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record with government and semi-government entities.
• Fluency in English; local language preferred depending on project location.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary project team.
• Define roles, responsibilities, performance objectives, and development plans.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage senior-level relationships with consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Lead the overall strategic direction of the project in line with client objectives.
• Establish and maintain project governance structures, committees, and decision-making frameworks.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear implementation plans, milestones, and KPIs.
• Provide high-level guidance on master planning, urban design, and functional mix.
