Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Director of Customer / Patient Experience & Administration to oversee the entire patient journey and front-of-house operations across the organization. You will lead strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, streamline administrative workflows, and coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end patient journey and front-of-house operations across the organization.
• Lead patient experience strategy and satisfaction programs.
• Coordinate administrative functions including registration, scheduling, medical records, call center, and patient coordination.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and executive reviews.
• Lead teams across reception, call center, patient relations, and administrative services.
• Collaborate with Clinical, IT, Finance, and Marketing to optimize the patient journey.
