Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Director - Group Accounting to lead the consolidation of financial statements, ensure IFRS compliance, and shape the group’s reporting framework. You will develop accounting policies, coordinate with external auditors, provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team, and mentor the accounting staff in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with CPA/ACCA preferred, and at least six

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in group accounting with leadership.
Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the group accounting team to prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
Oversee timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, driving necessary changes within the organization.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and efficiency, mentoring accounting professionals.
