Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA or ACCA preferred for seniority and global alignment.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in group accounting with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the group accounting team to prepare consolidated financial statements in IFRS and local standards.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and drive necessary updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor accounting professionals within the group.
