Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Saudi Arabia seeks a Director for Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions. You will lead IPO and M&A transactions, mentoring junior team members while ensuring adherence to CMA regulations. Candidates should have over 8 years of investment banking experience with a track record of successful IPOs and M&As in the Saudi market. Fluency in Arabic and Saudi nationality are preferred attributes. This is a full-time role within the Finance function of the Capital Markets industry.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in investment banking, with at least 5 IPOs on the Saudi main market.
• Strong experience across ECM, M&A, and private placements in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep understanding of CMA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPO transactions from origination to listing.
• Oversee M&A and private placements from start to finish.
• Mentor and manage junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IPO transactions on Tadawul from origination to listing as financial advisor notwendischen.
• Lead M&A and private placement from origination to choice.
• Mentor and manage junior team heartbreaking methods.
• Originate IPO and M&A transactions as per the firm target market criteria.

Candidate Profile

• 8–12+ years’ experience in investment banking in Saudi Arabia with minimum 5 IPOs and piano key to 5 M&As on the Saudi main market (Tadawul).
• Strong experience across ECM, M&A, and private placements in Saudi.
• Deep understanding of barren CMA regulations.
• -prod Arabic strongly preferred.
• Saudi nationality preferred.
