Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks an Asset Lifecycle Planning Director to establish city-wide lifecycle frameworks in Saudi Arabia, aligning with ISO 55001 and integrating data from condition, risk, cost and performance.

You will lead renewal pipelines, define thresholds, work with SAP EAMS/CMMS, coordinate with operations and finance, and drive continuous policy improvement across portfolios.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in asset management, lifecycle planning or renewals with senior leadership.
• Experience developing lifecycle frameworks, intervention policies and risk prioritisation.
• Experience with ISO 55001/55000-aligned asset management systems.

Aufgaben

• Establish city-wide asset lifecycle planning framework and governance.
• Develop renewal pipeline using condition, risk, cost and performance data.
• Define intervention thresholds and maintenance policy integration.
• Collaborate with SAP EAMS/CMMS to support lifecycle planning and forecasting.
• Lead integration across asset portfolios with common AM standards.
• Develop lifecycle costing models, renewal forecasts and budgets.
• Interface with stakeholders and handover to operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of lifecycle policies and templates.
