Job summary

Dräger is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager for Saudi Arabia to lead ERP delivery and optimization, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and broader digital initiatives across the country.

You will work with regional teams, manage projects, ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity, and align IT with business goals while coordinating with headquarters in Germany.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in IT or Digital Transformation roles with proven experience in managing IT enterprise applications, B2B Integrations.
• Hands-on experience leading IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in managing vendors, and service providers.
• Familiarity with IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, Saudi PDPL).
• Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business needs and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience as functional/technical consultant and project manager for MS Dynamics NAV and BC appreciated.
• Experience in a global or multinational company with a standardized system and process landscape.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the IT strategy, aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Advise senior management on emerging technologies and digital trends that can drive business innovation.
• Promote and generate interest for integrating digital sales & service enablement solutions into business operations.
• Lead initiatives that modernize operations through automation, cloud adoption, and system integration.
• Part of the delivery model regarding Digital Transformation roadmap within the region.
• Part of the delivery model regarding MS ERP BC roadmap within the region.
• Liaison with partners and functions to ensure delivery of the Digital transformation roadmap at defined quality, time and budget.
• Develop business cases which support investments decision in digital transformation.
• Review and update Microsoft ERP service levels and performance (SLAs).
• Guide employees and departments through application changes, upgrades, or new technology implementations.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to the benefit of digital transformation within the Country.
