Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide technology programs in Saudi Arabia. You will align digital strategy with Vision 2030 priorities, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee solution delivery and vendor relationships.

This role focuses on building automated data-driven platforms for infrastructure and social development, leveraging BIM, cloud services, and API integrations to improve delivery, performance, and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs in complex organizations.
• Experience delivering digital platforms, tools, and solutions within the built environment, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to build, integrate, automate, and enhance digital solutions.
• Experience aligning technology strategy with business goals and national transformation initiatives.

• Experience working with .NET and JavaScript or Python
• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and ETL processes for data transformation
• Familiarity with project delivery and experience engaging executive leadership, program or project teams, external vendors, and client-side infrastructure stakeholders
