Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Processing
- Accurately enter information from digital documents forms spreadsheets emails reports and other approved sources into company databases and software systems
- Update existing records to ensure information remains accurate complete and current
- Transfer data between approved systems spreadsheets databases and digital platforms
- Process assigned data-entry tasks according to established procedures and deadlines
- Review source information before entry to identify missing unclear or inconsistent information
- Maintain appropriate formatting and naming conventions when entering or updating records
- Perform routine data imports exports and file organization when required
- Categorize and organize digital information according to established company standards
Data Verification and Quality Control
- Review entered information for accuracy completeness spelling formatting and consistency
- Compare entered data with original source documents to identify potential errors
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete records according to established procedures
- Identify duplicate records inconsistencies missing information and other data-quality issues
- Report significant discrepancies or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department
- Conduct periodic reviews of records to help maintain database accuracy and integrity

Digital Record Management
- Create organize update and maintain electronic files and records
- Ensure digital documents are stored in the appropriate folders systems or databases

- Assist with converting information from documents or legacy records into organized digital formats

Administrative Support
