Diaverum Saudi Arabia is seeking a Social Worker to deliver patient-centred psychosocial support and participate as an integrated member of the multidisciplinary team. The role includes planning, coordinating and evaluating social care services across clinics, with a focus on psychosocial support, education and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required.
• Certified Clinical Social Worker Specialist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct psychosocial support to patients across clinics.
• Coordinate and document social care plans, assessments and referrals.
• Engage with multidisciplinary team to support patient wellbeing and treatment adherence.
• Contribute to social care quality, monitoring and reporting across clinics.
• Ensure compliance with social care policies and regulatory requirements.
