Job summary

Lucidya, an AI-native Customer Experience Intelligence platform, seeks a DevOps Engineer in Riyadh to scale deployments, automate pipelines, and ensure platform reliability. You will collaborate with engineering teams and own infrastructure improvements across cloud environments.

You will build robust CI/CD, manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, implement Terraform-based provisioning, and strengthen monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in DevOps, Cloud Infra, Platform Engineering, or related role.
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure experience required.
• Proactive problem solving with automation, observability and incident management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting with Grafana/Prometheus.
• Automate repetitive tasks and support development teams with infra needs.
• Troubleshoot deployment, application and infra issues and resolve root causes.
• Follow security best practices across pipelines and infrastructure.
• Participate in incident investigation and documentation of fixes.
• Contribute to infra workflows and continuous improvement.
