Job summary

Lucidya’s DevOps Engineer role focuses on building scalable, automated infrastructure to support AI-driven customer experience solutions. You’ll work on CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure management, while prioritizing reliability and security.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to automate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and enhance observability using Grafana and Prometheus, shaping a robust deployment platform across services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proactive problem solver who can identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Collaborative mindset to support deployments and improve reliability.
• Curious and growth‑oriented with a focus on automation, observability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Deploy and manage containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support cloud infrastructure management and IaC tooling (Terraform).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Grafana/Prometheus.
• Automate routine operational tasks and assist development teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment, app, and infra issues and identify root causes.
