Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced MEP Design Manager to lead the design, coordination, and integration of MEP systems across hospitality and leisure projects from concept through construction. You will manage consultants and internal teams, ensuring compliance with local codes and sustainability requirements.

Candidate profile includes a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) with 10–15 years in MEP design, including 3 years in management, and proven delivery of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in MEP design and coordination, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale hospitality or leisure projects (hotels, resorts, entertainment venues).
• Previous PMC experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design and coordination tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and clash detection platforms (Navisworks).
