Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design for major data center projects in Riyadh. You will coordinate CSA, MEP, ICT, Fire Protection, Security, and other disciplines from concept through IFC, construction, and closeout.

The role requires strong BIM coordination, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, and excellent stakeholder management with a focus on constructability and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong experience in multidisciplinary design management and coordination.
• Experience managing complex design packages through concept, design development and IFC stages.
• Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, ICT, Fire Protection, Security, and other major building systems.
• Excellent BIM coordination and clash resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary design development from concept through IFC.
• Coordinate CSA, MEP, ICT, Fire Protection, Security and other disciplines.
• Lead design coordination meetings and track actions.
• Review design packages for compliance, coordination and constructability.
• Identify design clashes and drive timely resolution.
• Manage RFIs, design comments, submittals and clarifications.
• Monitor design deliverables against schedules and report delays.
• Prepare design progress reports and client presentations.
