Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive design management experience in large-scale projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on complex developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers with technical guidance.
• Oversee design concepts, plans and specifications aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define requirements.
• Manage full design lifecycle from concept to completion within scope, budget and schedule.
• Review proposals, drawings and documentation for compliance with goals.
