Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking a senior design manager to lead the design of hospitality assets from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with guest experience, asset positioning and the company vision.

The role requires 15+ years in design management or related fields, with a proven track record on luxury or complex developments, and strong coordination across architects, interior designers and operators to deliver integrated, buildable solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in design management, architecture or interior design.
• Proven track record delivering projects from concept through construction.
• Experience on hospitality, luxury or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design management of hospitality assets from early briefs through to delivery.
• Direct and coordinate design decision-making across projects and teams.
• Lead and manage consultant teams and Operator design coordination.
• Oversee design development across all project stages and approvals.
• Drive design quality across architecture, interiors, landscape and FF&E/OS&E.
• Ensure compliance with Operator standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage design risks and governance through senior forums.
• Champion innovation and continuous design improvement.
• Mentor and develop internal design management teams.
• Develop design management processes, standards and best practices.
• Drive knowledge sharing across assets and build institutional capability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline
