Almarai, the world's largest vertically integrated dairy and the region's leading food and beverage company, is seeking a Demand Forecast Analyst for Protein in Riyadh. You will prepare demand forecasts using historical sales, trends, seasonality, and events with PROCAST forecasting software.

Maintain IBP data, reconcile all SKUs weekly by depot, capture future and past events, and update rolling 18‑month forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in forecasting tools (IBP or SAP).
• 3–5 years' experience in planning/forecasting/purchasing in chilled FMCG multi-SKU environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain IBP system data cleansed and up to date.
• Reconcile all SKUs weekly by depot; set up new SKUs and reflect changes in the system.
• Ensure future and past events are captured in IBP.
• Update rolling 18-month forecasts weekly and monthly by week, depot, and SKU.
• Incorporate regional/local events into the forecast through bottom-up forecasting.

About the Role

To ensure preparation of demand forecast for the Poultry with continuously improved accuracy level by considering various factors such as historical sales patterns, trends, seasonality's past and future events in the form of sales and marketing plan, economical, weather, government regulations and competitive activities with the assistance of PROCAST system (Forecasting software).

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure demand planners maintain the IBP system intact, data cleansed and up to date.
• all SKU'a are reconciled by weekly, be depot, all new SKU'a should be accurately set up and any changes in ither product or geographic hierarchy are immediately reflected in the system.
• To make sure the future and past events are accurately captured in the IBP.
• To ensure update of rolling 18-month forecasts in weekly - monthly basis by week, depot and by SKU.
• To submit and ensure regional/local level events are incorporated into the forecast through bottom-up forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in forecasting tools (IBP or SAP).
• 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar business Planning / Forecasting / Purchasing role, preferably within a chilled FMCG multi-SKU environment.
• Excellent communication skills Arabic / English.
