This leadership role demands in-depth technical knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and innovation in residential development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of residential project delivery, ensuring projects are executed in compliance with design specifications and technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to implement innovative solutions and address technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet project deliverables.
